All deliveries will have a fee of $9.95 added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local area this fee may be slightly higher.

U.S. order must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient’s time zone to assure same day delivery. All deliveries received after this time will be delivered as soon as possible, perhaps the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day. However we cannot guarantee them. There are a limited number of arrangements that we can make everyday. For more information please contact us directly at (909) 986-2114 or (800) 439-5919.

We will be happy to accept and process your international orders however they must be made over the phone or in person as we cannot accept international orders over the internet at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

       

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during the major holidays. In a single – flower arrangements, such as a rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Information We Collect

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
